1. Custom Artwork

Since all custom artwork is made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.

2. Ready-made Products

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.

3. Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom portrait paintings

• Workshop or class bookings
